Why is TMO tech support so useless?
trip was in country. To Florida
Its a samsung A32. i’ve had it for around 2 years.
I have had major issues with phone not hooking to tmobile network at home. They put in a cell spot/signal enhancer 2 years ago and I have had no issues until october. Continual issues with no signal poor signal, not hooking to tmobile network automatically and emergency phone service only. Customer service and technical support was entirely useless and frustrating. In Decemebert issue just seemed to disappear. Just got back from a trip and its back again. Rebooted phone and cell spot multiple times and yet my phone at home is essentially useless. ideas ? help?
