I am in a similar situation. Ronnie E was the salesperson who worked with me to upgrade 4 iPhone 15 devices with an eligible trade-in to get $830 credit per phone. I trade in 4 Samsung phones to T-mobile.But T-Mobile is giving me $830 credit for only three phones, and I am not getting any credit for the fourth phone.I escalated this over the phone to Taylor E (Supervisor), who is just stonewalling and not helping at all. How do I approach this as a victim? I have wasted hours of my time talking to these phone representatives. I need to find out who among Ronnie or Taylor is providing me with misleading information. I have lost close to $1,500 in cash, in addition to this stress and waste of time.
