I have the same issues. I have been trying for a month and these representative from phillippine do not understand. They keep repeating the same thing again again and they completely ignore what you are explaining to them. The representative as a person are very nice and keep apologizing but they have not been trained at all with the tmobile system. I have been with the tmibile for more than 15 years and I never had issue with US support REP. Please train them properly before you waist our hours of precious time or bring support back to US.
