I am a new customer and trying to sign up for the Works Perks program. My employer has a discount agreement with T-mobile. I was told there would be a link on my profile page, but all I see is an option for a military discount. The Works Perk number never picks up and gives an immediate message that they can’t take my call at this time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
