I do not understand why I have so many problems with this company. I love T-Mobile and it’s been a pleasure, but having problems with everything is being a hassle. I am so tired of being on the phone for hours on end and nothing gets accomplished. I filed a claim for a damaged phone and insurance stated that I could go to a store and pick it up, but the store refused to help stating they do not take the damaged phone. That store has been a problem since day 1.
