Hello, When we ordered our phones after migration, the TMobile representative read back our address and it was correct with our apartment number. However we got an alert that UPS could not deliver our phones, and it appears on our order info the apartment is not listed. We paid for the expedited shipping (this was after she said it was 24 bucks total, we found out today we paid 24 for each phone). Anyways,how do we fix this? Will they call us, will they attempt to find the correct address? We need these phones, will our account be credited back the $100+ in shipping fees since we didn’t get our phones when promised due to their error? We tried to fix the address on UPS and it says the shipper has blocked us from doing say. Thanks for any advice
