Tried to upgrade to 5G phones at local T-Mobile store. Wanted the promo phones...$57.33 each, tax included. Billed on my credit card.Said phones would mail to my home Wednesday. I would have to mail our trade in phones to T-Mobile? They can’t take them at the store?Then they email me a contract for each phone...$199 plus tax per phone. Wont send phones without docu sign. When I inquired w/customer service, they just said “That’s a standard contract. It will be reimbursed when we receive your trade in phones.”I already paid for the phones. Why would I sign a contract that does not spell out a reimbursement deal?Anyone else have this experience?
