I just realized today that I have been charged twice every month since becoming a T-Mobile customer in September of 2021.The T-Mobile rep I spoke to can only see one charge on my account for $70 monthly (even though I’m supposed to save $5 because I use autopay).My bank rep can clearly see that I have two posted payments per month from T-Mobile that occur on the same day, one is autopay and the other is drawing directly from my bank account number, which I had to provide in order to use autopay. I am disputing this with my bank, since T-Mobile claims they can’t see what I’m talking about. I will probably also file a complaint with the BBB, as well as alerting anyone I can about this and advise everyone to leave T-Mobile ASAP.A simple google search on “duplicate tmobile billing” yields plenty of results and proves this is a known issue. Shame on T-Mobile for allowing this to continue to happen!
