I have been a sprint customer for a very long time and now half no other choice but to switch to T-Mobile.. My son and I went into have a new Sim card put in after the one that they mailed to us would not work. We were charged $40 to have a new Sim card put in his phone. Is this charge typical? Just wondering since they mailed them out for free but then “ they expired“.
