I’ve spent at least 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile this week. It started when I stopped receiving my regular voicemail alerts on my iPhone in the native phone app on my 12 mini, and started receiving voicemail-to-text, a feature I never wanted, but included in Magenta Max. I only found out after the first tech completely nuked my voicemail that the only way to suppress that feature is to BLOCK it from your blocks page. OK, fine. The problem is that I receive zero notifications for voicemails, and my voicemails auto-delete unless I select to save them. They told me to contact Apple support, but it’s clear from Apple support that the voicemail is controlled by the carrier (T-Mobile), so this is something they have to fix.Does anyone know how to get someone from T-Mobile to fix this?
