I live in Oregon and my LG 20K worked great until a few months ago when it automatically restarted and became frozen with a logo. I tried holding the left and right buttons and the phone would not shut off and no change to the screen. After several conversations with online chat and telephone conversations the only advice I received from T-Mobile was to buy a different phone because LG was no longer supported by T-Mobile or Metro. The new phone is a Samsung. My mother lives in Mississippi and her LG phone is 3-years old and less than a week ago she noticed her phone restarted and froze. Almost a whole work day went by and she tried the buttons as instructed by Metro by T-Mobile and nothing changed at all. The online chat reworded several statements and finally stated that she would receive a brand new phone free of cost from the local retailer.
