I am in the process of canceling my Tmobile service. I am tired of being promised discounts and services that never happen. I call and talk to someone and nothing ever happens. The support in the Philippines is like a broken record of promising excellent service and failing to deliver. It appears since John stepped down as the CEO of Tmobile, the new CEO allowed the TMobile to circle the hole and push the lever of the toilet. The Tmobile is no longer the great company that attracted me to it all those years ago. It was a great ride while John was at the helm. The ride with the new CEO has and is awful.
