Recently (perhaps after updating to iOS 16) my wife is unable to use the native iphone voicemail app to see her voicemails. If she calls (long press 1) into the T-Mobile system, she can access voicemail, but the iphone “phone” app does not show any voicemails (and of course she can not listen to them), let her access her greetings or update her voicemail password.We have been working with T-Mobile/Sprint support for almost a week (probably have spoken/chatted at least 10 times) and have still not resolved this. My wife has done all of the “common” things, like “reset network settings” , “airplane mode” “carrier data”, “restart phone”,... and still no luck. She also went into a local T-Mobile. The person at the store confirmed it was a carrier issue. Also, two times the Sprint/T-Mobile Support team has transferred us to Apple support and they also confirm it is a carrier issue. Has anyone has this happen recently and if so do you know how it was resolved? Thank you
