I have been loyal to t mobile for over ten years. I began as pre paid and found a lot of their services very useful in monitoring my children such as the line usage and family where function. It would be a little unnerving when said functions wouldn't work for a few hours to a day, but now I have been unable to check the line usage on my four lines in nearly two weeks. It is a major inconvenience to pay for things that you can't use or that don't work properly and good luck with trying to get a resolution with the not so knowledgeable customer service team if you call about it.After over a decade it may just be time to search for a better provider
