I recently discovered a $419.43 debit from my checking account. The transaction was for a T-Mobile handset. I spoke to 3 different customer service reps who told my that T-Mobile has NO way to find out where the money went.All three reps gave me the same canned answer “Talk to your bank, there are no pending charges in your account, or do you have another T-Mobile account?” In the mean time someone else is getting their bill paid with my money.Where is T-Mobile fraud and loss department? From what I am reading here this is a frequent occurrence with T-Mobile.I had the same issue with my cable company and within 2 days they found out where the money went and corrected the problem.
