I signed up for T-Mobile 5G home internet in November 2022 responding to an email offer that promised a $100 gift card promotion. The agent rapidly sent out gear and set us up with internet and said nothing about the promo. I asked him about it and was assured we’d receive it in “a couple of months”. Now it’s 7 months later, no gift card and the phone agent after a long wait told me to go to the nearest T-Mobile location to sort it out. Anybody else being forced to work this hard to receive a promised promotion?
