So I have been having numerous issues with my gateway, so I called again because we had no internet, and the rep said she would send me a new gateway because of the number of calls and issues I had. It arrived yesterday and I am trying to set it up. I am getting the message “No USIM”. I can only find one instance on line of the same message, and the replies all say, no solution was found. What is going on? I think I am going to have to go to another service, but we had such terrible service and customer interactions with AT&T, and neighbors are constantly saying how they don’t like their XFinity internet. We don’t work from home, we just stream, play games, surf the web, etc.. Please help
