How do I get Tmobile to correct my bill. I handed in the tower in May and still get billed and late charges. I have call customer service said they were taking of a zero balancing out. Sent information via mail showing the equipment hand in at the store. Shows on my account. Spent an hour on the phone with rep saying he would get this taken care of but still received bill show balance. Please help! Shouldn’t be this complicated
