The T-Mobile tech was very helpful, but our Cannon printer would not connect to the router. After hanging up, we went into printer settings on the printer and it finally gave the option to enter the network password. Our Tech was very patient and she actually resolved our problem even though we were not online with her. She did an excellent job!
Our T-Mobile tech had us ad printer under my admin account and the Cannon mg7520 would not connect until we added the T-Mobile network password directly on the printer?
