How do we ask nicely to expedite the service folks to repair a tower in Keene NH that isn't working for data. I'm a new customer and feel like going to a service that talks about having the best coverage has let me down. The bars show up on the new 15 pro like the pervious provider, but it does nothing but calls and texts work. I'm sure a problem like this is harder to diagnose, but it needs attention or peeps will probably jump ship. Thanks Joe
