My Gmail was acting wonky yesterday because I’m out of storage, so I was deleting items, then it froze up so I “restarted” my phone, but I actually put it into recovery mode. Then I saw HOME, then language, etc. So, basically… I put my phone into recovery mode and lost everything. I went into T-Mobile today and she was basically like, yep… I just don’t understand why they can’t reset it to yesterday at like 11am. Is this not a thing? So, literally… any information “good or bad” can just be deleted and not EVER recovered by doing this? I just can’t believe this is the answer. Someone PLEASE point me in the right direction.I logged into my Google accounts and got back on my calendar, and my gmails, and some pics carried over from August 2023 and lower… but I lost all my apps, and all my photo folders.
