Hello Everyone, Is it normal for the customer service to not honor the deal when you order new phone?I ordered new iPhone 15 with a deal, and when i received my bill i find out that the deal was no applied to my bill. I called customer service, and they apologize for the mistake and promise to correct the issue. to make long story short, i called many times until i spoke to the supervisor, who was extremely mean to me. She clearly said your deal was a mistake from the customer service and i can't honor that deal. Not sure if anyone had the same experience. Please let me know as i start getting sick of unreliable customer service. Thanks.
