Apple TV+ account access

I set up an Apple TV+ account through Tmobile sometime in the past but have not used it. Today I tried to actually use Apple TV+ and was prompted to sign in. I entered my e-mail but forgot my password. In order to reset my password, I was required to enter my birthdate. I was then told my birthdate was incorrect. I contacted Apple TV+ support and was told they couldn’t help me. They suggested that I go through Tmobile to delete my Apple TV+ account so that I could create a new one. I have no idea how to do this. Any ideas?

I claimed my Free Hulu offer through T-Mobile. However, when I go to login to my Hulu account, it’s trying to charge me rather than offering the free trial.

Streaming problems

We have reached out without receiving any answers. We have a business account and were told that Netflix and MLB.TV would be available. However, when we go through the T Life app it keep having us log in without a place to choose the streaming options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to stream my cable tv on a Roku tv… it worked fine with my old internet.. I switched to T mobile internet…. There a some channels that same to use in home wifi… in which I already am doing…. It says it may have something to do with licensing???  How do I get around this???

Free Hulu offer problem

Hi All,I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix this.I had the free Hulu (with ads) offer working just fine.  We used it for a few months, and then the Olympics started.  So I upgraded my hulu subscription (from within the Hulu website) to Live so we could watch the Olympics that month.  Then I went back into the Hulu subscription section of the Hulu website and downgraded back to the $7.99/month Hulu (with ads).  I noticed that Hulu was going to charge my card $7.99 a month, rather than charging me nothing.  I contacted T-mobile customer service, and they told me that I negated my free hulu offer by upgrading and downgrading like that, and that the offer no longer applied to my account.  I’d have to upgrade to a new plan if I wanted the offer again!  This was never explained to me when I set up my plan.When I go to the promotional web page where the Hulu offer is described, and I try to go through the process of activing the offer now, the page ends up saying “Sorry, you a

Netflex

When we had T-Mobile family sharing for Netflex, our son put netflex under is e-mail and password.  But now I understand that we can only have Netflex in our home since this is our account.  Can I change the log in to me. Also, I read the other day that I could add him as a user for $7.99, but now I can’t find it.  Can you help me?

I just bought a telephone line through T-Mobile and was told that I now qualify for the FREE Netflix, Hulu w/ads and Apple TV+.  Thing is, I already pay out of pock for these streaming services.How do I redeem T-Mobiles offer to get these streaming service for FREE through T-Mobile?Thank you

Hulu streaming

I have read the questions and answers about the issues with the Hulu streaming and they don’t seem to answer my question. I have redeemed my free Hulu (with ads) with TMobile using my Roku TV. But yesterday when I went to watch on TV, it showed a screen that I needed to sign in to the Disney+ bundle. I am not interested in the disney bundle. Is the Hulu (with ads) just done? I don’t know if it’s past the 12 months initial period

Dynamic IP issues ONLY with Hulu LIVE - or any Hulu?

I know Hulu LIVE and t-mobile don’t play well together because of non-static IP’s but I just have DisneyPlus with Hulu.  Not Hulu Live.  Is it ONLY Hulu Live that has issues with the dynamic IP’s?This is not a Streaming on Us issue - I subscribe on my own, outside of T-Mobile but there was no subject that fits and they made me choose one.TIA very much.

Is anyone unable to sign into their free Hulu accout?

We tried to watch Hulu tonight, which is supposed to be free for a year. We were greeted by a MyDisney splash screen telling us to sign in. It stated that if we didn't already have a MyDisney account, we would be prompted to create one. It would  ot accept my email as valid, then invited us to sign up at full price.So it looks like Disney bought Hulu. Does this mean that our free year of Hulu won't be honored?

We are taking advantage of the Apple TV “on us”.  Can we also add theNetflix with no adds for $8.50 + taxes a month, ( a lot cheaperthan what we currently pay for Netflix) or can we choose only1 of those benefits?  THANKS!!

Spotify doesn’t load using data, how do I fix this?

(I’m unsure if I selected the correct sub forum for this topic but here goes…) I’m not sure if this a problem on Spotify’s end and if I should be crying to them instead, but for some odd reason, when I try to load the Spotify app using my T-Mobile cellular data, nothing loads and I can only play songs that are cached. Sometimes it even says I’m offline when I have a few bars. Is this something that has to do with the music unlimited stuff on my plan? Any fix? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Can I get Apple TV with a phantom iPhone?

So I tried to get the Apple TV deal but don’t have an iPhone. so they said I don’t qualify.T-Mobile thinks one of my new phones is an iphone 12 (it is an S24 Ultra), so for the purpose of Apple TV on us, I have an iPhone. Does Apple TV work on an android phone?

Monthly charge for service not consistent

Since T-Mobile would not absorb the rate hike for including “free” Netflix, it now has ads unless you want to pay $8.50 extra per month. I chose to pay because I hate ads! Unfortunately, my monthly bill keeps changing month to month, a dollar+ or -dollar. T-mobile tells me it's because of the taxes on the $8.50 I pay for no-ad Netflix. They have no explanation as to why Netflix taxes change from month to month.  There are taxes attached to every utility we pay but never see them changing monthly. Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?

I have a regular television with a cable subscription.  I also have free Apple TV+ as a benefit of my T-Mobile subscription.  How can I watch Apple TV+ on my regular TV?
