I signed up for the free MLB.TV via T-Mobile. I’ve done it the past two - three years. I was able to watch one single game yesterday during opening day and since have been blocked from viewing in content. Etieher through my phone, computer, PS4 as well as an Amazon Fire stick. Each time I go to open a game, it says either “Video Error - try again later” or I get a message that says I don’t have access to the content. Anyone else having this same issue?
Trying to watch baseball games and they won't load when I'm connected to the tmobile 5g home internet. Works fine on my other wifi connection (I am testing the home internet device, so I still have both) and on my actual mobile network, but throws an error if I am connected to the 5g home internet network. I have tried on my phone, laptop, and firetv stick...all act the same. Can anyone help?
Does anne else have problems with there home internet saying that it has excellent signal but it has no signal or weak signal and it always buffering when I'm watching a movie on Paramount or it says that I have no internet connection but showing excellent signal .I switched from spectrum because of there bull shit ways with my bill and crappy CS but I didn't want to go from that to this. I've done everything that they suggested on moving in to a different spot but still not getting the same service I had if I knew this I would have gone to a different company all together but since I've been with TMobile for 18 years I thought that it was the right choice but now I'm not sure
On February I have moved to another location to where I had movers to help me move my stuff to a new location. During the move I've always make sure that all my electronics are the first to come out. I had the 4G wireless router by T-Mobile pack in its own box and it also had ethernet chords still attached to it. During the move wish I had help because I am disabled and I tried my best to make sure that everything less secure and ready for the the movers so they will be able to just get the boxes and loaded on the truck. As I get to my new place they start to unpack what's is my electronics my TV my PlayStation the wireless router get it set up but I noticed that the Wireless router was missing. I looked everywhere for it open every box but I couldn't find it. So I remembered the movers were asking me about the wireless router and I told them that it was just like having your cell phone with the internet and you don't need to do nothing but turn it on. So but I couldn't find it the fir
I recently starting trialing T-Mobile Internet.Thought I would describe one issue I encountered in case it might help someone else. When attempting to use the Hulu app on Apple TV 4K with most recent tvOS, the Hulu app asked if I wanted to change my Home location. I clicked Yes, however the change never made any difference (I’m not sure it actually changed anything). Contacted Hulu. Initially they were prettylost as to resolving the issue. Called back the next day. This time I spoke with someone who had the appropriate skills. First I needed to turn off Private Relay. This allowed the Hulu folks toacquire the correct IP address for the Apple TV. They then sent a Home Location change to the app.(I suspect I might have been able to do this myself if I’d turned off Private Relay). That change allowedme to login to Hulu. Live TV worked fine. I then turned Private Relay back on. Restarted the Apple TV and Hulu app. Everything is working fine. fwiw, the Hulu rep who ended up helping me said t
WHen i got Tmobil i5g internet, i was told that it came with a free year of paramount +. I looked up how to sign up for it, it says to go to “manage Add-ons.” But when i go to manage add-ons, it sayd there’s no add-ons available. I tried calling customer service, after speaking with someone, i was put on hold, then hung up on
Philo costs $25 per month. I signed up for Philo through the T-Mobile discount offering $10 off per month for 12 months of the service, but I am being billed $16.98 per month. I’m not a math wizard, but that seems more like 8 bucks off, not 10. Am I missing something?
Looks like Youtube tv promotion page at all these links are broken. Can someone confirm that Youtube TV promotion for tmobile customers is no longer active ? T-Mobile PromotionsORYouTube TV & Philo TV | T-Mobile SupportORGet Our Best Live TV & Streaming Service Deals (2023) | T-Mobile
When you sign up for free Netflix Basic w/ T-Mobile, do you set up Netflix password/login for Roku, or do you have to cast Netflix from your iPhone? Will Netflix operate on my Roku (which uses my Fios service)? Do you get sent a lot of promotional text messages from Netflix after you sign up?
I can’t get the Netflix promotion, even though I have Go5G Plus. I think there is something wrong with my account such that it displays that I have Go5G Plus on my account page (see screenshot 1) and when I click on my account, it shows that I have Netflix as a promotion (see screenshot 2). However, when I click on the Netflix promotion line, I get a screen that says “Oops….your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit….” (see screenshot 3). When I click on View my plan, it says I have the 5G Home Internet Plan (see screenshot 4).I think this may be related to the fact that I first signed up with T-Mobile for the home internet and then added on my phones later.Anyway, I’ve tried calling tech support and also going to the store, but no luck. I did have a problem with my voicemail, which was fixed, and I am grateful for that, but there is still this issue and I wanted to try this way and put in the screenshots so that people can see what is going on that might know how to fix it.I
I just signed up with T-Mobile and have the Go5G Plus (1 line). Promo says includes Netflix Basic (1 screen, 9.99 value). Following the prompts, when I go to Netflix, Basic is not an option. I have read it was discontinued but still available for T-Mobile. The other options are ad supported (6.99) and Standard (15.49). I didn’t have a Netflix account previously and it doesn’t seem to show that it is connected to my Netflix account in spite adding it on my T-Mobile account. Any suggestions?
