Hulu- text message not coming through when I manage add-ons

I am supposed to get free Hulu through my T-Mobile plan.  It says that I should receive a text message with the code or something to put in Hulu.  No matter what I try I am not being sent the text

Netflix benefit

My Netflix benefit is changing to include ads. The reason most people pay or have Netflix is to not have ads to interrupt their shows. I do not want this change to my account. To change my plan after being with T-Mobile for years is BS. Can I keep my no ads plan?

I’m glad they are adding Hulu. Great idea but downgrading our Netflix to ad based version is BS!! We’re getting ad version of Hulu. One should stay ad based and the other no ads!!! We all need to stand against this capitalism and threaten to leave for changing or Netflix!!

Netflix downgrade

Hey Netflix, “You currently have Netflix ON US included in your plan. Netflix recently updated their subscription tiers, you’ll now receive Netflix Standard with ads, providing more features and benefits to you. This benefit will continue to be ON US ($0). There is nothing you need to do. This change will take effect between January 25 and February 1.” How is changing my subscription from “no ads” to “includes ads” “providing more features and benefits to you”?

T-Mobile provided Hulu - can users pay gor no ads?

On 1/24/24 T-Mobile will add the ADs Included tier to some of its packages.  Question:  can T-Mobile subscribers accept the free tier and then pay for the upgrade for no ads?

netflix update

Adding 2 screens, 1080p streaming but with ads is a major downgrade from 1 screen, 720p without ads. Adding ads makes it a complete worthless benefit because I won’t use it. So t-mobile is just actively making their service worse.

Now we get the "benefit" of watching Netflix ads? great...

Got the notification that Netflix plans will change at the end of the month with many new great “features” like advertisements. No thanks. I'd rather give less money to T-Mobile and get no Netflix.

No discount for Netflix?

I’m paying $15.49 for Netflix Standard with T-Mobile. Netflix offers its Standard for $15.49. Why am I not getting any benefit / discount from T-Mobile for Netflix? T-Mobile states that Standard is a $20.50 value, but that doesn’t seem to be right. (I am ONE Plan Military).

I have 4 new phone lines with the Go5G+ plan and just activated the Netflix Basic promo plan. But nowhere can I find how long this FREE promotion lasts. Is it for a limited period of time?

Home Internet promo not honoring 6 mo Apple TV with Essentials plan.

I have had an Essentials Plan for a while and recently added Home Internet Service with the Bundle promotion.  Unlimited 5G Home Internet Plans | T-Mobile 5G Home Internet The promotion below clearly states that Essentials plan with Home Internet includes 6 months of free Apple TV+ On Us.  The agent who signed me up even sent a text message to claim the 6 month subscription.  The redemption code in the text was not recognized by Apple TV site.  When I called TMobile support to get a valid code, they are now saying that the Essentials plan does not qualify for the 6 month Apple promotion and that they cannot generate a valid code for me.The web page clearly says it is included, but support says there is nothing they can provide.What are my next steps?

Received an email that my Hulu account was placed on hold a while ago.  Trying to login to Hulu now and it won’t let me.  This is a free Add-on to my T-mobile account.  How do I get logged in now?

Netflix on us issue

We have just started the "Netflix on us". We had originally paid for our service Netflix without any issues. NOW!?! Well, the service is less than stellar. Most of the time it won't even show the "menu". When it finally decides to work it buffers so long it will time out. So, try again (not an internet issue) now it will be pixelated. So, then call T-mobile about said issue. Was told there should be nothing wrong. No help there, we have been withT-mobile for years, and no customer service issues. Yet, issue still exists. So we then do hard start of our internet and device we are watching, trying to watch Netflix on, still have the issue. We know it's not our device. We know it's not our internet. As we have absolutely no issues streaming anything else. No issues with Netflix prior to the "Netflix on us". Only having issues with the "Netflix on us". Needless to say, I am asking here because T-mobile support has been less than stellar with their customer service.Soo, besides going back t

Apple TV - Not working

I am not able to use Apple TV On-Us even though it says I am active on my account.  I had customer service people helping me on two different occasions and they all said I should wait 24 hours for a special link to be sent and will call me to make sure all that crap but still not resolved.   Anybody else had similar problems or know how to get it easily resolved?

Does T-Mobile's Netflix login work for Roku?

When you sign up for free Netflix Basic w/ T-Mobile, do you set up Netflix password/login for Roku, or do you have to cast Netflix from your iPhone? Will Netflix operate on my Roku (which uses my Fios service)? Do you get sent a lot of promotional text messages from Netflix after you sign up?

Apple TV+ Issues

I have a Magenta Max55 plan which offers Apple TV+ as a free subscription. I activated this and downloaded the app on my LG TV. I used the 6 digit code to access Apple TV and got into the programming. However, the menu says Apple TV+ Free for 7 days and then $6.99/month after that. It’s supposed to be free. Do I need to call TMobile? Apple? Help!

setting up Netflix Basic

Hi, thanks in advance.  I just switched us to a two line Go 55 account which qualifies us for free Netflix Basic.  I have Netflix “activated” in our T-Mobile account.  I have an existing Netflix account which I haven’t used in a year.  Neflix recognizes me, but it asks me to sign up for one of their paid accounts and doesn’t have an option to choose T-Mobile Basic at login.  Do I have to pick a paid plan and add my credit card?  If so, will I be able to switch that afterwards to the T-Mobile Basic account.  I’ve been on the T-Mobile support site and can’t find this specific information.
