My child has a sync-up kids watch. I would like to switch them to an apple watch. Can I switch the line or does this need to be terminated and the new line set-up?

If the sync up watch is on a regular watch plan you should be able to unsync the watch and add the new one.
To change from a SyncUP KIDS Watch to an Apple Watch will require a line type change. Please contact Customer Care to review your account and provide next steps. Contact Care by dialing 611 from your phone.
