Same issue. Two week old watch. What’s the deal? 

Make them replace your immediately. Mine started working again after leaving it uncharged for a few days but then it started having issues a month later. I took it in and they refused to honor the manufacturer’s warranty because we had a scratch on the face of the watch and “water damage”, so much for being water resistant….I do not recommend this watch to anyone. The company should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this as a kid’s watch
