Sync up tracker won't do anything but say onboarding. Had for three weeks and this is all it does.
Oh, that’s rough. There’s a couple things you can try. I’d make sure that your SIM matches the one we have on file. You could also try toggling the device by unpairing then pairing it again. If you try a soft reset and the issue continues, contact our Tech Care team so they can file a Trouble Ticket for you and get this resolved.
My tracker is now online and working properly though the app shows a pop up saying it's not onboard...

i have had mine i guess a year,
and now i found out it never was working properly. it was always tracking my phone or my tablet
of which i had them in my possion pretty much 100% of the time.
mine is saying onboarding
i went to tmobile
and called it seems no one can know how to fix it.
and they are saying being i had it a year.
i am out of luck
though the advisers at tmobile did see that it was never on the system
never ever not even once since i ever owned it.
