This is on your FAQ page: The e-mail to text gateway is a legacy system that may eventually be decommissioned in the future.
Can you please tell me if there are current plans to decommission this legacy gateway in 2024? My company uses this to send critical pager messages for engineering. We are Not high-volume and we are Not running a campaign.
We are open to a better route or way.
I would also like to know the answer. We are experiencing many blocks due to timeouts and too many connection issues and wondering if we are already being throttled?

The gateway is still operational, as I have had the need to use it recently. Some messages get through, while others don’t. It seems to be dependent on where the message is originating.
