For the last week I’ve not been able to log into my my-T-Mobile (prepaid) account . I will use credentials it will try to proceed to dashboard but keep spinning. Am I the only one?? This is a huge issue as I can’t see any of my account details and the T-Mobile app won’t allow prepaid customers to log into it . 

Try using Edge to sign in.


I am having the same issue! I am unable to pay for my phone. I tried with different devices and internet browsers. Still the same error message!
