prepaid account suspended due to delay in refilling the account. As per schedule I’m supposed to refill on 27th Jan and I had refilled on 29th Jan. Today after refilling the account still payment shows pending.

you will need to contact TMO directly to handle this one. the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..try to avoid posting any personal info including things like phone numbers, full names etc
