I am trying to add my other bank account to T-Mobile Money so I can transfer between the two but I put in the routing and account number and it keeps giving me “Invalid external account (L136)”
Unfortunately T-Mobile is not a bank and could be taken advantage of by scammers so to protect everyone.You can only have one bank to choose from. You can choose your wife’s account if it’s better. Just a suggestion. I don’t work for T-Mobile
I am having the exact same issue. Support refuses to acknowledge it's a problem saying I'm not verifying ownership. However I'm able to link said bank to every other bank and credit card with no issue.
