I just created my account on 12/23/2021, I’m not able to access my T-mobile money account on either the desktop site or mobile app. On the desktop site when I log in the screen is blank and doesnt load anything and on the mobile app I get an error when trying to log in- “Device not found. (L159)”
Several threads relating to T-mobile money linking account with mint have been closed as *SOLVED*. However, I do not see this solved yet, there’s no way to link with mint. I wanted to use this for direct pay, have been waiting for solution. Please either provide solution or confirm that t-mobile can’t be linked with Mint / plaid. Do not just close it as SOLVED. That’s not correct.Can’t link t-mobile mobile money account with mint. I have found dozens of people like me who were defrauded by T-mobile money. They were blocked from accessing their account and their money wasn’t returned by T-mobile when the account was closed. I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me.I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? Could you please guide me in the correct direction.Thank you!
I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account. Can you refer me to someone who can help me?Thank you.
I created an account on 6/10. Have gotten a connection error message on the app ever since. Called cust Spt twice now. Both times told that my account was deactivated due to a glitch. Both times told my issue was elevated. Not sure how it takes 20 some days to figure it out and cannot just delete it so I can reapply?? done before I even started. Really frustrating to see them pushing a service so hard that is known to be glitchy how would I trust that I wouldn’t have the same lock out issues as others on here after that? Anyone with same issue find their solution?
