Hi! Does anyone know how to log in to the T-Mobile Tuesdays app if you only have their home internet plan? I did a chat and the agent confirmed my account was eligible; but could not tell me how to log in. The app only accepts phone numbers; but I do not have T-Mobile for my phone. I tried the phone number I associated with my home internet account and that did not work.
You were originally issued a DUMMY phone number --- used solely for internal T-Mobile purposes. If you dig through the online account information, you should be able to find that number. Like you, I also do not have a TM phone --- and my number happens to be 737-nnn-nnnn --- which does not correspond to any other number of mine.
If you have problems locating your DUMMY number, perhaps an online CHAT could provide this to you?
