I tried to see if I was eligible for switching to T Mobile Wifi which would be better than what I have, and my address (new house built this year) isn’t showing but an address on the same street is showing up. Is there any way I can get mine added since it’s a brand new house anyways?
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
I am having this same issue! I have lived in this new address for more than 6 months now and all postal services recognize our address as well as google maps but t-mobile either does not update their systems frequent enough or something is wrong.
Were you able to find a way to connect with anyone? Or find a solution?
