My air tv is about 18 months old and has always worked perfectly. Now it will not play local stations nor recordings. I get a message saying code 16-31 check firewall/nat settings. I have turned device and tv off and restarted them,, turned modem off and restarted it. My computer does not show that the air tv is a device connected to Bluetooth anymore.

It's been a few years since I used my AirTv but can you reset it to factory setting?
