My phone, ipad, tv in our bedroom and computer all work fine. Says our strength is good on my phone. checked speed, was good yet the living room tv nearest the gateway keeps buffering! Driving me nuts!  Is it my tv or T-Mobile?

If you can stream the same content to your iPad or computer it might be the TV or the application that runs to manage the content on the TV. Check the TV to see if there are any updates for the software it uses. If it does have some updates available download and install them. I would start there
