Can I use Spectrum TV on T-Mobile Home Internet? Tried Hulu and I know it doesn't work.

I like the channel offering on Spectrum and want to use with my T-mobile home internet, but can’t find a statement anywhere to verify that Spectrum will work over a wireless internet. I know YouTube TVC and Sling will work, but has anyone tried Spectrum?
