Is there any way to set gateway to N41?

The gateway will associate with the tower with the best cellular metrics for communication. The uplink connection will depend upon the cell signals the gateway can hear and communicate with. If there are only n71 cells around you that is the option. If there is an n41 cell close enough and with a stronger signal to provide a signal lock then it will connect. You can’t force it. T-Mobile engineering might be able to influence tower connections but it is not something they would commonly do.
So short answer no.
