Home internet 100Gb data cap. why?

Just got the black box and two weeks capped out 100Gb data.

Speed now dl is 0.97 MB/s and ul is 0.05Mb/s.

Essentially a data cap. Checked for viruses, bitcoin miners, & data worms, nothing.

Any suggestions?

Check your account and make sure you are not on the Home Internet Lite plan.  There are two different ‘flavors’ of T-mobile Home Internet; the regular uncapped service and the ‘Lite’ version with a data cap.  Sounds like you might be on the 100gb Lite plan.
