Tower keeps restarting and showing charging battery. My tower shuts down and then restarts and when you look at the top it shows its charging and the battery level is anywhere from 40% to 80%. The thing is that it is always plugged in. It is in a window that is not in direct sunlight and the window is cracked open sometimes to keep the tower cooler. Not sure why it keeps restarting and then showing its charging. I have grab the cord all over to see if it stops charging and checked the plug in no issues there but not sure when it goes to battery mode. Not sure if this is an issue anywhere else.

Restarting randomly is sometimes a symptom of a weak or defective power supply.
You could try disconnecting or taking out the battery, which may reduce the load on the gateway by not activating the charging circuit, to see if that helps.
