Badge

I am having issues with my internet device staying powered up, it stays on for about 10 seconds then shuts down and powers up again. Anyone know the reason of this?

Check your plug at the wall and at the device, I have heard of loose connections. Otherwise call customer support and ask for a replacement unit (or go to a local T-Mobile store and ask for an exchange unit.
