I am a new customer . I was provided with an I phone 13 which would not initially connect to my home network provided by Xfinity. I set up the new phone using a cellular connection. After setting up the connection manually the home network connected. A few hours after initially connection I have lost my connection and it will not re connect. I do have unlimited cellular data so I am using that for now. I have a second phone not provided by T mobil which connects properly and does not lose its connection.
Turns out I had to go to i phone settings. >wifi>scroll down to IPV$ Address> and set configure IP to manual I entered the ip address Subnet mask and router numbers and saved . now my network connection is working. Note that i had a second device (i phone 14) that was already connected to the network so I was able to copy the settings from that device. My phone is now working but it is day one of operation Lets hope this is a permanent fix. Cheers
