There is huge variance of internet speed in my home. In particular, the download speed is falling down around 40 Mbps between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Is it normal? The speed goes up 400Mbps in the evening. :(
Can T-mobile make the speed up during the day?

Your experience is similar to mine and appears to be normal. As traffic passes your cell tower it is using bandwidth that you are also sharing.
