I call T-Mobile wifi service every single day due to horrible service connections they do they same thing every day reboot reset nothing works this is my 4th modem call centers previously crashed the other 2 1st one just stopped working it’s been since June 2022

Same here, worked great for the first year. Part of the problem is the tower overheating which they are aware of. Customer service solution was go get a laptop fan. Since they’re aware of this problem, it would make sense to add a fan to their product. I am waiting on another service provider to provide services in my area and I’m switching resetting it doesn’t do any good

This is the worse connection ever. I am looking for alternate companies. Sorry I ever left cable. The lower plan pricing isn’t worth the frustration dealing with TMobile.
