Press 4 to access the mailbox options -- need read them because I can not listen them?

 press 4 from T-Mobile voicemail main menu to reach the mailbox options. I can not understand the voice instructions under each of the mailbox options because English is not my mother language and I feel the voice oral instructions are too fast for me to listen to. I need read them.
