Why can’t I stream Yellowstone season 5?

That sounds like you might need some sort of television service to view it from the source you are trying to stream it through. T-Mobile is not a TV service provider.

T-Mobile gives a years subscription, free to customers, to Paramount +. You'll need some sort of streaming device (Apple TV, Roku) to enroll and then play the content. T-Mobile is not a TV streamer itself.
Yellowstone season 5 is currently on the Paramount Network which is only available through a cable/ streaming service. Paramount plus is a different than Paramount Network and doesn't have any of Yellowstone (Currently series 1-4 on the Peacock streaming service)
