T-Mobile Hoem Internet NAT Type 3 Issue

I noticed recently that my TMHI Gateway has been on type 3 on my game console regardless of restart/reset and I've tried using Ethernet, Wifi, Moving device locations and changing DNS( Google/Cloudfare) and nothing has worked so far. My speeds are average 35 Mbps Down & 1 Mbps Up. Also to be noted I get an error " The Router in use might not support IP Fragmentation".
