T-Mobile home internet is down for more than 12 hours in Sammamish. No resolution yet.
Can anyone look into it?
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help.
I contacted many times the t-mobile support. They do not know what to do for 2 days.
through calling or through one of their social media platforms like mentioned above?
