Which gateway did you get -- the trash can or the rectangular cube.

If it’s the trash can, you can go to 192.168.12.1 and log in, then go to Network/wi-fi networks and reset parameters there.

If it’s the cube, I really can’t say… I’m assuming the interface will be somewhat different.

As for speeds, my Joy Tab 2 gets speeds anywhere from the low 20’s to the high 80’s down, and just as variable up.  Depends on the time of day, where I am in the house, and what I had for dinner.

what you see, is what you get.  You have the black-rounded-rectangle gateway Arcadyan KVD21 .  MAYBE the GUI version will be updated for more controls in the future, but do not hold your breath.
